After uploading and validating files, the next step of ingestion is to specify the Subject(s), Media Group, and Project for the to-be-ingested items.

2. Select one or more Subjects by clicking the plus ( ) button next to the correct Subject. |

| 3b. When creating a new Media Group, pick the appropriate digitization Project, then indicate if the Media Group is the entire Subject. Provide a subtitle – this is required when the Media Group is not the entire Subject. Subtitles will inform the ultimate display name of Scenes created from Media Group(s) |  |
Click Next to specify object-specific metadata based on the type of object being ingested.
